1. Zero Telemetry & Privacy First

AGONY Hub is built on a zero-tracking philosophy. The desktop application does not transmit your personal game library, gameplay history, installed software, or browsing activity to our servers or any third-party analytics company.

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account or purchase a subscription, we collect:
• Account details: Email address and username.
• Cryptographic Hardware Fingerprint: A one-way SHA-256 hash of machine components to enforce the 2-device limit without identifying your physical machine or username.
• Billing records: Transaction IDs and payment status from Paymob Accept. We never store credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

3. Local Data Storage & DPAPI

All sensitive desktop configuration data (such as custom SteamGridDB API keys and Spotify tokens) is encrypted locally using the Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI) and tied exclusively to your Windows user profile.

4. Data Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your account and associated billing records at any time by contacting support.
