Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship of AGONY Hub. If you purchase an annual subscription and find that it does not fit your gaming workflow, you may request a 100% full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time directly through your Customer Dashboard. When you cancel, recurring billing stops immediately, and you retain uninterrupted access to AGONY Hub until the end of your current billing period. We never cut off paid access early upon cancellation.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, simply contact support at support@agonyhub.com with your account email and transaction ID. Refunds are credited back to your original payment card via Paymob within 5–10 business days.

4. License Revocation on Refund

Upon issuance of a refund, the associated commercial license key is marked as refunded, and offline leases expire upon the next 72-hour validation cycle.
