Commercial Terms of Service

1. Proprietary Software License

AGONY Hub ("the Software") is proprietary commercial software licensed, not sold. Subject to this Agreement and maintenance of an active commercial subscription or license, AGONY Hub grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute the Software on up to two (2) personal computing devices owned and operated by you.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, redistribute, sublicense, or rent the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any binary code; (c) tamper with, defeat, or circumvent the cryptographic Ed25519 lease verification or device fingerprinting mechanisms; or (d) share, publish, or resell commercial license keys.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle using Paymob Accept or authorized payment gateways. You authorize AGONY Hub to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date until cancelled via your customer dashboard.

4. Platform Autonomy & Third-Party Services

AGONY Hub connects to official third-party game clients (Steam, Epic Games Launcher, Xbox App) using documented operating system URI schemes. AGONY Hub does not modify game binaries, bypass DRM, or interfere with publisher anti-cheat systems. All game titles, logos, and trademarks remain the sole property of their respective publishers.

5. Termination

Failure to comply with any provision of this Agreement results in immediate revocation of your commercial license and cancellation of active offline leases.
